Grant Application

Applications are accepted from May 1st through June 20, 2026. Grants are awarded in August. If your grant is approved, you will be notified by mail and/or email.

Please download the Grant Application Worksheet to review what information will be required when completing the application. This will also serve as a copy for your records.

When you are prepared to submit, please submit the application form and any supporting documents online.

Should you be awarded a Grant, you will be required to complete a Grant Accountability Agreement. This will be forwarded to you by the Grant chairperson at the time of notification.
